LG-Nortel, the joint venture between global giants in communication equipment LG Electronics and Nortel, will display its more than 30 cutting-edge enterprise communication products at CeBIT 2006, the world’s largest IT exhibition to be held in Hanover, Germany from March 9 to March 15.

LG-Nortel will take advantage of the opportunity to publicize the birth of the joint venture LG-Nortel and its excellent technologies, while displaying Nortel’s mobility, security, network and convergence solutions.

At LG-Nortel’s splendid two-story booth, located in A46 stand in the No. 12 hall of the CeBIT exhibition center, more than 30 next-generation communication systems including enterprise communication exchanges as well as the new IP terminals such as wireless IP phones and softphones will be on display. The LG-Nortel booth demonstrates LG Nortel’s wireless IP phones and video phones and help visitors experience them. In addition, the company’s IP solutions for business such as IP PBX are expected to draw the attention of many visitors.

LG-Nortel’s wireless IP phone “WIT-300HE” designed for popular wireless environment for business features single structure both for voice and data and graphic color LCD screen for better quality of screen. It features 64 polyphonic ring tones and more than 50 melodies and phone book.

LG-Nortel’s video phone LVP-2800 enables ultra-high speed video communications on PSTN and IP networks without any additional components. Users can do video communications freely both on the traditional wired network and IP network. Featuring 3.5 inch TFT-LCD screen, the video phone provides clear picture, phone book and multi-language supports. Given that the existing video phones have gained high popularity among Europeans and South Americans, the new video phones with some functions added on are expected to draw much attention from visitors.
