Overview

“Ez-Phone Entry/Deluxe” is a TAPI compatible mini contact center working on standard TAPI interface. The difference between “Entry” version and “Deluxe” lays in functionality. In order to run Ez Phone in your PC, there are 2 options of 1st party or 3rd party connection. While the 3rd party connection requires an external CTI server with TAPI license, 1st party connection offers you a little more simple and cost effective installation. Thanks to the powerful CPU performance of Nexer. You can directly connect your PC to the LAN and 1st party connection is completed as soon as you finished the S/W installation.. Major DB format can be integrated or user can import and export excel format personal DB to Ez Phone. Screen pop up with caller history management will help you to establish your own CRM database and to treat your customer in a better way.
